Neighborhood Beautification Grant applications are open now
through the city – this is a matching grant that you can get
to beautify your school grounds (murals, etc). Write

DonorsChoose website is now in the Los Angeles
area. Get your school teachers to post their art
supply, project and cultural field trip wish list online
at
www.donorschoose.org. Individuals search through
the posted wish lists and make donations towards their
favorite causes.
AIRBORNE®
TEACHER TRUST FUND
Airborne, Inc. has established the
Airborne Teacher Trust Fund, a nonprofit charitable
corporation, to fund art and music programs in
elementary and middle schools that are in jeopardy of
being lost due to budgetary limitations. The Airborne
Teacher Trust Fund is beginning with an investment of
$250,000. Grants ranging from $200 to $10,000 will be
awarded to teachers to implement programs during the
2006/07 school year. Application information is
