FUNDING LEADS

The Patron Foundation’s “Culture for Kids” has a field trip grant program that gives money specifically for trips to museums, concerts, etc.  Fill out online at www.patronfoundation.org/news.

The Neighborhood Beautification Grant applications are open now through the city – this is a matching grant that you can get to beautify your school grounds (murals, etc).   Write for guidelines to: CBGrant@lacity.org

The DonorsChoose website is now in the Los Angeles area.  Get your school teachers to post their art supply, project and cultural field trip wish list online at  www.donorschoose.org.  Individuals search through the posted wish lists and make donations towards their favorite causes.
